Print, Love & Unity: Typesheets and Logo

After playing around with various typefaces and ideas, i've finally come up with something that resembles a logo - made up from bodoni, giddy up and Helvetica fonts, it still needs some work, maybe changing the helvetica typeface to a bold futura one!

First Card Designs!

Some of my first card designs! Heres some samples of my first set of card designs, comin in a range of colours and patterns - the final ones will be hand screen printed!

I LOVE: Dots & Spots

I came across Dots & Spots whilst at Topdrawer in London. They produce great little cards, notebooks, prints and lots more with many of the illustrations created by collaging recycled and handmade papers!

Some lovely cards . . .

Finally, i've got round to posting some lovely cards that I came across whilst in London!

The ranges are from Seltzer, Big John, Pantone, Sanna Annukka, Tea & Ceremony, Gold Teeth and The Archivist.

Lovely Print Projects

Again, thanks to the Creative Review blog, i've come across a few little gems!

Above: greetings cards by illustrator Damien Weighill

Above: part of a publication by Berlin based artis Atak, printed by Nobrow

I LOVE: Mini Comics!

Just spotted these gorgeous mini comics on the Creative Review blog! They measure 35x45mm and are produced by Andy Rementer, Lloyd Dangle, Rutu Modan, Chihoi and Alexandre Joly, all coming packaged in a tiny box.

Ben Eine

Came across some of Ben Eine's work the other day and totally love it! Predominantly street art, Eine's work is heavily typography based but also comes in the form of some amazing screenprints and canvasses.

Saul Bass

I was just perusing the pages of the Guardian when I came across these lovely Saul Bass film posters which are definitely going to inspire some of my own work with their simple design and illustrations.
